On November 20, 2026, from 20:00 to 22:00, the 2026 Annual General Meeting (ALV) will take place. During this meeting, we will look back on the past year. We will also decide what will happen with Fronteers in the coming board year. We therefore encourage you to make your voice heard now!
This time, the ALV can be attended both online and in person at Internet Academy Bilthoven. Members have by now received an invitation at the email address we have on file, including a registration link. Members who have registered will receive the necessary documents in advance to prepare for the meeting.

Members are welcome to suggest topics at any time. We want to have the slides with the agenda and main topics ready by November 16.
Proposals
Do you have a good idea that might also appeal to fellow front-end developers? You can submit it for consideration. The ideas will be put to a vote during the meeting. You can discuss your idea with other members in advance on Slack.

Board
Wim van Iersel is in his fourth year as a board member and treasurer and would like to hand over the role. Anneke Sinnema and Christian Schaefer will remain on the board. Jewwy Qadri and Claudia Reynders will step down as board members.
We could use some help on the board. Interested members can apply at bestuur@fronteers.nl.
Board candidates will be voted on during the members' meeting. Candidates who receive more than 50 percent of the votes will join the board. The elected board members will then choose a chairperson, secretary and treasurer from among themselves.
